These terms govern use of Lezha Turistike, including tourism content, Plan Your Visit, interactive maps and related services.

Lezha Turistike provides tourism, cultural, historical, archaeological, scientific and mapping information, together with digital tools for exploring and planning a visit to Lezha. Content is provided for informational and promotional purposes.
Plan Your Visit
Itineraries created by “Plan Your Visit” are based on user choices, available content, coordinates, durations and the website’s optimisation logic. They are guidance only and do not constitute a professional travel service, booking, or a guarantee of the shortest route, real travel time, access, safety or availability of a place.
Accuracy and verification
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but opening hours, prices, contacts, admission conditions, routes, transport, locations, weather and third-party information can change. Before travelling, booking or visiting, verify critical information with the relevant provider, institution or authority.
Maps, navigation and Web GIS
Maps, coordinates, itinerary routes, Web GIS applications and visualisations are informational. They do not replace official, cadastral or legal documentation, professional navigation, on-site signage or instructions from authorities. Use your own judgement and respect restrictions, private property and actual on-site conditions.
Saving, sharing and QR
Itineraries may be shared through a link or displayed as a QR code. Anyone who receives a shared link may see the itinerary parameters included in it. Do not include or share personal or sensitive information through shared itinerary links.
Third-party services
The website may open or embed ArcGIS, Google Maps, YouTube, QR services, institutional websites, social networks and other resources. Lezha Turistike does not control their content, availability, terms, privacy policies or operation.
Privacy and analytics
The use of localStorage, cookies, Google Analytics and external services is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where analytics consent is required, the choice to accept or reject it is handled separately from use of the website.
Intellectual property
Text, design, photographs, videos, maps, 3D models, data and materials may be protected by copyright or licences belonging to their authors, institutions and partners. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Do not republish or reuse materials contrary to applicable rights or licences.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website for technical interference, abuse of functions, malicious automation, unauthorised access attempts, distribution of unlawful content or uses that infringe others’ rights or disrupt the platform.

Platform features and content continue to evolve. These terms may be updated when features, services or legal requirements change. The update date appears at the top of the page and the published version is the current version.
